We stayed at Villa Poncelet for a few days and it was a perfect place for friends or family to feel at home. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and the Louvre. We loved the street market on Rue Poncelet with its delicious pastries, fruits, and meats. The apartment was well-appointed, with appliances and two full bathrooms. It was clean and had nice decor, making it a comfortable place to stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had perfectly pleasant stay with late check-out, the bedroom was separate. Had perfect check-in too. It was a pleasure to meet Laurent, the host, everything was great...

The property had all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was superb, with plenty of dining options and a market nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to explore the local culture.
The living room area was a bit small, but it still had enough seating for everyone. The washing machine/dryer took a while to finish, but it did get the job done.

The property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and appliances. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants, patisseries, and bars nearby. A market within a short walking distance offered delicious fruits and vegetables. The host was readily available and helpful.
Can't think of anything.

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic, situated in a really nice part of Paris. It's so easy to get around and the street is nice and quiet. The facilities in the property are reasonable and there is a good amount of bedroom space. However, the comfortable seating could be improved, as they are not sufficient for the size of the property. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always responsive. it's a great base for exploring Paris, but if you plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment, you may want to look for somewhere more comfortable.

The location of this place was absolutely mind-blowing! We were able to completely immerse ourselves in the local neighborhood and easily walk or take the metro to any attraction we wanted to see. The host and staff were super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and make us feel safe. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and well-stocked kitchen. We loved the old-timey feel of the cobblestone alleyway and the convenience of having grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and fresh markets within walking distance. this place was a jaw-dropping experience and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The location is perfect, away from the touristy area and immersed in Parisian culture. Beds are comfortable and the owner, Laurent, is extremely responsive and helpful. The neighborhood has friendly shop owners and a lovely market nearby. Perfect for guests with disabilities.
Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing too much trouble.
